What To Expect

Here at Bethel Baptist Church, you will meet friendly people who have come to worship the Lord. Visitors are always welcome to attend any of our services or activities. We understand that it can be very uncomfortable to go to a church for the first time so we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions below. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us.

What should I wear?

We do not have a dress code here at Bethel Baptist Church. The Word of God tells us that man looketh on the outward appearance but the Lord looketh upon the heart. You will be welcome no matter what you wear, but typically you will find folks dressed in their “Sunday best”, whatever that may be.

Is there something for my kids?

At Bethel Baptist Church we have something for children of all ages. We have a nursery for children younger than four. Our ladies take very good care of the babies and todlers they are entrusted with.

We also have a children's church for those between the ages of 4 and 12. They sing and play games and get to learn about missionaries from the past. They are taught many things such as respect for authority, hard work, and to be kind. Most importantly they are taught about the Bible, Jesus and salvation.

Those between 13 and 18 can be part of our teen group. They have a Sunday School Class specifically geared for them and periodic activites throughout the month to get together and fellowship and have good, clean fun.
